If the option Profile may only run in one instance is set for a profile, then jobs of this profile will still be executed in parallel if the profile's input protocol is underlying the request/response paradigm, i.e. the setting will have no effect if, for example, the profile has an Input Agent of type "HTTP", "AS2", or "Message" (if the message is synchronous).
