The following screenshots show the dialogue for configuring ASM entries.
Settings

(1) Name: The ASM entries. Similar to the profiles, ASM entries can also be assigned to groups.
(2) Directory: The ASM directory.
(3) Expert search: See section Expert search.
(4) Display: Two views organised in groups and a tile view (without groups). The tile view displays images that have been assigned in the respective entries.
Context menu
Create new ASM entry | Self-explanatory. |
Edit/only view/duplicate/delete ASM entry | Self-explanatory. |
Create new group/ Change/delete group | Self-explanatory. |
Open in new window | The entry will be opened in another browser tab. Attention: Your browser may block this as an unauthorised popup. Check your browser settings if necessary. |
Export/import entry | Here you can export and import ASM entries. The format is a signed XML, so it is no longer possible to import the file if it is changed. Note: Old ".obj" files can still be imported. Note: You can also use the Transport Manager. |
Compare (Diff) with... | Compares the ASM entry with another ASM entry (you can also compare with an imported entry). As a result you get a diff file with the differences. |
Set entries to active/inactive | Can be applied to entire groups or to individual entries. |
Quick view | Opens a small quick view site with the most important data for this ASM entry. |
Display as DataFlow | The workflow definition is displayed as a data flow diagram (not editable). |
To clipboard | Here you can copy the name and the ID of the ASM entry. |
Start ASM entry now | The cron job for the selected entry can be started here. |
Generate PDF | Creates a PDF containing all settings of this ASM entry. |
