Go to the overview via Integration > ETL/ELT Pipelines.
Create a new entry or open an existing one.
Settings
Select a task.
Switch to the ETL/ELT tasks tab.
You are on the Task information tab shown below.

If the Active switch is on, ETL/ELT tasks can be executed. NOTE You can test the function chain in the dialog below. For each function, you can use either the calculated value or a fixed value as the result.

Conditions: This task runs only if the function chain stays empty or returns true. Here you can use only ETL/ELT fields from parent tasks.
Create an ETL/ELT task and define conditions
Create a new task as follows. Then control its execution with conditions.
Click Integration > ETL/ELT Pipelines.
Create an entry. Right-click in the list and select New entry. Or click the + button (New entry) at the bottom right.
Open the ETL/ELT tasks tab.
Select the task on the left. Open the Task information tab on the right.
Turn on the Enabled switch.
Enter a name under Title.
Click Conditions. The Conditions dialog opens.
Under Functions on the left, select a function. Move it to the function chain with the right arrow.
Assign values or fields to parameters A and B.
Click Test functions. This checks the result.
Optional: Click Diagram to visualize function chains with parameters.
Click Apply.
Click Save or Save & close.
