Release notes – Lobster Data Platform 26.2.5

Release date: 2026-06-18

Deprecations

LDP-7495

LDP-6727

We removed the "Separate HTTP Server" option from the Web settings UI when it is not currently activated. When the Lobster Data Platform was originally created, the ability to enable this feature had already been blocked to reduce installation complexity and increase update reliability. However, the option remained visible in the UI, even though it did not activate the Separate HTTP Server. To eliminate this ambiguity, the option is now permanently removed from the interface if it is not currently enabled. Customers who still have the "Separate HTTP Server" active will continue to see the option and can choose to disable it. Please note that this action is irreversible: once disabled, the option will no longer be available.

Improvements

LDP-7495

Configuration variables used for the JDBC URL in ETL/ELT jobs are now resolved at ETL configuration time when the job is triggered via a profile.

LDP-7409

Error dump: Versioning information is now always included in the error dump.

Bug fixes

LDP-7491

DMZs and worker nodes now download exactly the update selected in the Update Center.

LDP-7474

Added the DuckDB driver to the library folder.

LDP-7444

ZUGFeRD: Fixed 2D graphics in PDFs so they appear the same way as in the original (preserving transparency and similar attributes).

LDP-7436

AS2: Fixed failing mTLS authentications when different certificates were selected for TLS and encryption.

LDP-7426

Fixed an exception that occurred during profile export when the ASM module is not licensed.

LDP-7117

Control Center: To prevent too many connections at once, the log to Control Center now uses a thread pool.

LDP-7056

Pathfinder: Resolved an issue where the Pathfinder chat was inaccessible on installations running under a context path (e.g. /_pro).

LDP-6796

Transport Manager: Limited the transported local certificates to those configured in channels.

LDP-3931

The ETL/ELT option "Release resources for further processing" now correctly closes the file early, allowing subsequent tasks to access the generated file.
