A FileInfo object is passed as the input object, which contains all the information about the file.
If this event is canceled in an event handler via a 'Cancel' action, the upload of the file is prevented.
Excluded from this are files that are stored in the field of a binary large object (BLOB), as well as files that are imported via the meta-exchange.
