Navigate to “Start” on the Bridge.

System overview

Bridge Registry

Connection status to the Bridge Registry.

Possible problems:

  • Wrong Bridge credentials.

  • Network connectivity to the Bridge Gateway (check network and firewall settings). See section Attended Bridge installation.

System version

This is the version of the connected Lobster Data Platform. If it does not match the Bridge version, you should update the Bridge. See section Bridge update.

Tunnel status

If the Bridge credentials are changed, restart the tunnel with

  • Wrong Bridge credentials.

  • Network connectivity to the Bridge Gateway (check network and firewall settings).

Bridge <—> Gateway

Connection status to the Bridge Gateway. If "Reachable" is displayed, the Bridge is connected to the Bridge Gateway.

Bridge <—> Platform

Connection status to the Lobster Data Platform. If "Reachable" is displayed, the Lobster Data Platform is connected to the Bridge Gateway and can reach the Bridge.

Service health

AS2

If AS2 is not active:

  • AS2 may have been disabled by a user, see section AS2 (Bridge data service).

  • AS2 service may be failing if there are errors in the AS2 configuration.

Tunnel JDBC

Only fails if there are system errors at the startup of the Bridge, check the logs.

ETL

Only fails if there are system errors at the startup of the Bridge, check the logs.
