Viewing Bridge connection status on Lobster Data Platform

Bridge connections view on the Lobster Data Platform showing the status column of the configured Bridges

The Lobster Data Platform shows the current status of the configured Bridges. You can find it under "Configuration > Connections > Bridge connections".

  • The status is Online when the Lobster Data Platform reaches a Bridge via the Bridge Gateway.

  • The status is Offline when the Lobster Data Platform cannot reach a Bridge. Possible reasons are:

    • The Bridge is shut down or not connected to the Bridge Gateway, for example, due to network or firewall.

    • The Bridge is configured with the wrong password or Bridge ID.

    • The certificates are not up to date.

  • The status is Unknown when the Lobster Data Platform receives no current status report from a Bridge. The Bridge is configured. However, its current connection state is not known.
