Viewing Bridge connection status on Lobster Data Platform

The current status of the configured bridges is shown under “Configuration → Connections → Bridge connections” on the Lobster Data Platform.

  • The status of a bridge is "Online" if a Bridge can be reached via the Bridge Gateway from the Lobster Data Platform.

  • If the Lobster Data Platform cannot connect to a Bridge, the status is shown as "Offline". Possible reasons are:

    • The Bridge is shut down or not connected to the Bridge Gateway (network/firewall).

    • The Bridge is configured with the wrong password or Bridge ID.

    • The certificates are not up to date.
