Accessing the Bridge through the tunnel

On the Lobster Data Platform navigate to “Configuration → Connections → Bridge connections”.

Select "Remote Bridge configuration" in the context menu of a Bridge to open a browser window, which connects to the Bridge using the Bridge Gateway tunnel.

Important note: For the connection to the Bridge Gateway, the Bridge specific endpoint URL as seen by the Platform has to be used. This only works in the following cases:

  • The public Lobster Bridge Gateway (default) is used.

  • You use a private Bridge Gateway (DMZ) setup and your on-premise computer can access this Bridge Gateway endpoint address (for example if your are in the same network as the Lobster Data Platform).
